Update: Upgraded to Windows 11 after using for 3 months. Did a fresh install of Win 11 and everything went fine. All drivers in place and laptop working well.Need to separately download disk drivers beforehand while installing fresh windows 11 as those do not come with the install image.Bought this for content consumption, bit of photo editing, some programming and occasional video format conversion, video clipping and merging.Pros:Huge color gamut and very deep black point in the oled display.Lowest brightness settings is low enough to work in the dark. I am very happy with this as my previous Macbook Pro and Acer laptops did not go low enough for night use. Update: the black is completely dark even in full brightness. The screen will go complete dark if you set a black wallpaper and hide the taskbar and icons. This is very good.Battery backup is fantastic. I use it like a phone. Charge it once in the morning and then use on battery multiple times throughout the day. Simply close the lid when done, reopen when needed.Good quality finish and sturdy. Audio quality is good, loud and has some bass. The thick plastic build is much more resilient to hits than thin aluminum chassis which dent easily when hit, damaging internal parts.Office 2019 installs without hassle. Prompt for win 11 comes automatically on first setup.Superfast response opening browsers and office apps due to the nvme ssd and i3 11th gen processor having 3 ghz base speed.Can be opened and repaired easily. Comes with a 3 pin charger and so no surface current on laptop. 2 pin charger laptops have mild current shock on the body.Cons:Keyboard is silver colored and reflective paint on my model. Letters are white. Can hardly read the keys in daylight or under room lighting. Very bad design and -1 star for just this. Other colours may suffer less. Luckly I dont need to look at the keyboard to find keys too much since using computer from 2004.Against other brands that I used:Macbook pro (late 2011 version) - Hardware and battery was quite good on the mac but many programs dont run well on osx. Also after 5 to 6 years no os update while windows machines get updated more than 10 yrs. Very overpriced for what it does. And battery advantage is also gone now as other companies have also caught up.Acer Aspire 5755G: very bad display. Keyboard goes bad almost every year. Sturdy and easily repairable. Will last a decade. Not sure about the life of the Asus yet.Lenovo Thinkpad: Used for office work. Every lenovo i used (3) soon developed dead pixels on the screen.HP: Office laptop. Very bad internal battery, swells up.Asus Zenbook: Too slim and light. Screen got smashed as a result of being hit from outside. Otherwise good laptop and got good customer support replaced screen for about 10k. Now I avoid ultra slim laptops.Overall very good laptop with gorgeous oled display at reasonable price.

Exactly after 1year warranty expired, power button stopped working..Even though I had option of extended warranty when I bought this,I didnt do it because I was light user and didnt expect this would happen and now I have to pay the price.Please do not repeat the mistake I made..Extend the warranty and save yourself guys..

Mouse pointer pad gatiya hai, touch sensitivity a bekar hai baki sab mast."Worst mouse pad sensitivity"Pointer ek place me nhi rehta bas nagin dance karta hai toda sa chune ke baad. Actually ye proper/normal work nhi kar raha.

Battery backup is pretty low maybe because of OLED display but overall nice built, smooth functioning, finger print lock & backlit keyboard is lit.

One of the best laptop I have in my life.Pros-1. Amazing, pro level display.2. I3 11th gen processor- good for normal use & multiple operations.3. Backlight keyboard.4. Light in weight.5. Matte finish, premium.6. Fingerprint reader, very quick.7. Harman kardon speakers. Beautiful!8. Comes with MS office 20199. Good battery back of about 4.5 hours.Cons-1. There should be a ryzen 5 3500u option as well.2. There should be 512GB SSD instead of 256GB.Overall, best laptop for the price it is!

It's a very good laptop for basic computer tasks and media consumption thanks to its OLED display. I upgraded to windows 11 which btw is free. The only con with this laptop is it's battery life. If you are ok with your laptop plugged in most of the time then it shouldn't be a problem. Final verdict. Recommended at this price.

This laptop is very good..i3 11th gen is also good for normal tasks such as Google Chrome, YouTube and normal gaming..Even i saw people playing gta5 on low graphics but I didn't recommend that.Display is unbelievable that's i love about this..Laptop is very well optimized and fast.MyAsus app is very good you can transfer any file within one Click.Packaging is also very good i got in a big box other than laptop box which very good.Keyboard is good backlit works perfectly well.
