No you wouldn't be able to wear on thighs. Wearing on one thigh and working out wouldn't be efficient or effective. If you don't mind it being noticeable you been wear it all day around your waist and stomach.

Long enough to cover my abdomen

Doesn't stay in place if you have done bbl not recommended as if will keep up on your abdomen area. Otherwise its ok as its cover the entire part. After u tight it ..u can move around but as soon as u make some movement like bending or sitting its doesn't stay in place.
