Swig Savvy Sports Water Bottle, Vacuum Insulated Stainless steel, Double Wall, Wide Mouth 2 Leakproof Lid, Travel Thermos - 40oz (Silver)

The new Swig Savvy (to me anyway) 40 OZ Sports Tank is not for the lightweight work out person. Whether you hit the track or running machine, rev up the REPS/HEART RPMS, on weight machines or free weights etc. and need serious H2O support the only better solution is stepping up to Swig Savvy 64 OZ TANKs. I am a classic featherweight. I can crank the mileage and pump my share of iron, but I draw the line at schlupping around an 8lb. water supply. The 40 OZ is fine (but recommend getting Aupet, Nouvou or Buffalo carry sleeve w/strap) Swig Savvy does not have one at this time for the 40OZ. But that aside, the vacuum on this cannister is "over the TOP" it keeps the water cool & refreshing. Fill the tank 15% to 20% ice, if you run out of water after several hours and refill with the ICE still in there, it will still cool down what you add and still have ice when you get home (Give or take). I have a 26 OZ that I also take with at times refill off my 40OZ. carrying the 2 over shoulder straps doesn't bother me as much as the thought of the straight up 64OZ - even though it is the same amount of water. This is a nice, big, insulated water bottle but it often takes me several attempts to screw the top on tight so it doesn't leak. Just be careful.

This thing is huge, okay? Seriously huge, lol. But it was the only size available when I bought it, and I drink like a fish anyway, so I thought, why not?That said, this bottle's also pretty amazing. I got it it specifically because I have a cat that's a brat about knocking my drinks over, regardless of what type of glass / jug / mug it's in, whether it's got a straw, or not.SO, I was looking for something that was self-contained and could close, to avoid spills. The lids in particular were what drew me to this brand. I wanted it to be able to close, but not be really annoying to having to keep reopen when I wanted a drink. Both lids that come with this bottle fit that bill.Also, the claims about how long it keeps something cold are accurate. Last night I made a drink, threw some ice in it, drank some, and then went to sleep. When I woke up this morning it was the same (cold) temperature, the ice cubes were still there! Drink was still fresh, and yet no condensation on the outside of the bottle. Heck, when you hold the bottle you can't even tell how cold the contents are.Really happy with my purchase. :)

I gave it 3stars because it leaks from the cap. Major disappointment. I like the size and the stainless steel look/feel + the cap size but I just wish the water didn't come out. It fits 2 in a half 16.9 water bottles. It does keep the water a bit cool but not significantly cold. I haven't tried it with anything hot yet.

Worked well enough for 3 days then the cap started to leak. plan to check the othe cap but would not recommend based on this issue.Addendum 1: After two weeks of back and forth with the seller, in which I simply asked if I could buy a new lid or the rubber ring that fell out that caused it to leak, the seller promised to send me a replacement.Addendum 2: it's been 2 months and no lid.Addendum 3: It's now 3 months after I purchased and the vacuum seal on the bottom gave way and the bottle is no longer vacuum insulated.I wish I could drop this to Zero stars but 1 is as low as the rating go. Spend you money elsewhere, the product fails and the customer service lies.

Large volume but doesn't fit standard cup holders, had to buy large cup holder adapter for car but keeps water cold for as long as I need to

I absolutely liked these bottles. I have order four all together. They kept water ice cold all day long. Recently I saw spotting on the bottoms, inside the bottle. At first I thought it was just dirt. They don't come out while cleaning. I use a plastic bottle brush, so it's not that which is causing the rust spots.

Holds ice for a long time, perfect for a full workday of refills. This bottle WILL NOT LEAK. It is my second and I've carried the first bottle in the same bag as my laptop with no fear of leaks. The cap is simply the best design on the market for drinking and carrying. You can go a week without the bottle getting funky inside between cleanings if your water source is good. And the price is unbeatable... low $20 range shipped. Really an A+ product.
