Omg i was so excited to open my packet and it’s exactly what i expected!! A little tight but that’ll make u sweat more. Not uncomfortable though!!

Fits like a glove. Very comfortable. I work in a warehouse. I wear it daily on top of a tank top under a t-shirt no one notice. I dont like it next to my skin just my choice but, you can. i still sweat but not as much if i wore next to my skin.

I only have this product a three because it didn’t do what I expected it to do. The vest does make you sweat, it I was actually looking for a waist shaper at the time I bought this product

Fit perfectly! I wear and purchased an XL. I'm just under 5'5" and busty (38 ddd) but if I were even a little bigger, I can see that I would have problems with the zipper staying up.

I completely love it! It was true to size. Easy to put on unlike the pullover type. It definitely works!

This is marketed as a waist trainer, which it shouldn't be. I wasn't expecting true waist training anyway, but since it's called a "waist training" vest I did expect it would be a bit snug and binding around the waist. Only one of the side flaps that you bring around your waist/tummy area has any give. The velcro side has NO give, so there isn't much pulling on it to create tension or "training." And the vest part- I read reviews of larger breasted women getting these, and honestly I have NO IDEA how that worked for those ladies. I am not large, I'm a C cup on a good day and while it did fit, it was quite snug. If I were any bigger on top it would've been smashing my breasts too much. Also, I did expect while wearing this that it would have a little bit (and I mean LITTLE BIT-I was not expecting a miracle here) of a slimming effect while wearing it under my workout clothes. In NO WAY did this happen. As a matter of fact, somehow I look BIGGER with it on!!!! & I'm overweight, but I'm not huge-180 lbs. I followed the size chart. It did make me sweat-a LOT. but that's it. Overall I regret this purchase.

I ordered a size 5x & according to the size chart it should’ve fit me. Unfortunately the 5x fit me more like a 2x. I wear a 3x in shirts & a 42 DD in bras. Overall it seems to be a great product. Very durable feel has some stretch. Hope this helps someone.
