Good quality and comfort! Looks nice and works well
I really like this chair. Assembly was easy enough, about 20 minutes, and the adjustment is simple (I went with non-hydraulic so it is just a screw mechanism, very easy to adjust). The pads are very comfortable and squishy yet supportive. The first day or two I used it, I had a hard time finding the right position. But I found the sweet spot for the level and realized that it is CRUCIAL to keep the balls/toes of your feet on the floor. Otherwise it puts way too much pressure on the knees and shins and is quite painful. That being said, keeping your knees far apart and toes on the floor underneath your glutes takes tension off the knees and puts it back under the hips/glutes. You can slide your legs further to rest more on your shins, and alternate as one starts to get a bit sore. Only lasts a day or two though.Pros:-Great for posture-Easier on the hip flexors than regular chair (hips are open further than 90 degrees instead of less than!)-SO easy to get in and out of, no more pushing out a chair every two seconds at my table/desk. I just flip my leg over the top and sit my butt down, I don't even move the chair much.-Wheels slide really nicely on the hardwood floor-Cushions are comfortable yet supportive.Cons:-Takes a day or two to get used to the pressure on knees and shins-Gotta stay mindful of that posture (but isn't that the point?)-Can't sit differently if you start to get tired (but I just use a different chair for a bit if needed)Honestly this is a GREAT chair and has been so helpful on my lower back. I was having a lot of back pain from sitting so much and had to stop using an exercise ball for reasons. A few days with this chair and my back no longer hurts. The knee/shin pain is very short lived and goes away once you find the right position! Not to mention the extra workout you are getting in your abs, glutes, and quads! You'll feel it for a day or two but then it's gone.

Fell apart after a year
The chair was reasonably comfortable. I kept it in a studio which I use sparingly. However, after 13 months, the main seat separated from the metal rod it was welded to, making the whole thing totally useless.Quite frustrating that it only lasted that long. Would not recommend because the item will not last.

Helps with neck and low back pain
I've only been using this chair for a couple weeks and so far it's great. My back feels better and my posture is better while I'm using it. I tend to be a sloucher in a regular chair so this eliminates that. Your body naturally sits up straight on this. I use it 1-2 hours a day and weigh 135 lbs. Not sure how it'd work for bigger people but it is adjustable. This is my first knee chair so I can't compare it to other knee chairs. I won't go back to a regular chair.

Total TRASH - don't waste your money!
Wow! They sure cut every corner on this product. If they had made the screws a full inch long, instead of including the shortest, cheapest screws, this chair might actually work. Instead, the screws constantly fall off and the seat comes detached from the legs. I was at the point where I had to rescrew every time I used it, and the screws just pop out when you sit on it. I gave up and really wish I could get my money back. Furthermore, the position that it tilts your pelvis, did not help with my lower back pain. What a disappointment. Don't waste your money.

Becomes uncomfortable on your shins if you're overweight, but will help/improve sitting posture
I found these types of chairs comfortable and helpful for posture years ago, so I got one to help improve my posture, but I'm currently overweight, and I'm finding that sitting in this chair eventually hurts my shins. So, I have my 13 year old using it, and he finds it comfortable and it absolutely helps him improve his posture, without having to think about it (his sitting posture is normally awful). So, since it's great for my 13 year old (and for me, once I lose weight), it's definitely worth the price I paid (there was a $20 coupon when I bought it, so I paid $80). The pads are thick and comfortable, and they do crush a bit in use, but so far recover when you get off the chair. It was also easy to put together. I'm taking a star off because 2 of the 4 chair casters had their locks broken off, out of the box, and for my shin pain issue. Overall, the chair is comfortable and great for posture, for the price.
