Is this 32 dollars for one ball?

There were two (2) Mini Brands Series 3 balls. The seller did not send the Gold Rush as was indicated. The Gold Rush are rare and the balls they sent can be bought at any WalMart or Target for $6.99 each. Totally wrong and they had to have purposely done this.
