I don't know. They were ordered as my '08 G37S coupe's hood strut replacement and worked perfectly.

It fit well on a 2010 G37 Journey Coupe and also works very well.

Will they fit on a 2009 Infiniti FX 50?

Don't know, i installed them on 09 g37s
