Great Taste!!
The reviews say it all. These glucose tablets taste great. They remind me of Pixie Stix except in huge tablet form.Like most glucose tablets, these also took a little time to kick in. My sugar was dropping so i chewed up to 4 of these things and then the symptoms started to go away and blood sugar eventually went up. I would say for me, it took about 5 mins to cease symptoms and almost 10 mins to stabilize and glucose started going up. Everybodys system is different so i am sure these glucose tablets will be different for each person.Now, i do enjoy the taste. A little bit hard to breakdown to chew initially so if you have dental work (crowns and such) be careful to bite down. Once broken easy sailing.I will have to update later as I experience more low glucose levels to provide better information. But these taste good and I like them. Price is good too.

Superb Sugar for T1D
Type 1 Diabetes hits hard but these hit harder. I train Muay Thai and had a fight. Was going low while getting ready to walk out, popped 8 of these bad boys and KO’d my opponent in the second round. 10/10

If you need supplementary glucose tabs- this is what I recommend!
I am type one diabetic with an insulin pump, so I do check my blood sugar, and I do sometimes have to take glucose tablets. I really like this brand because they are always fresh from Amazon, and they are very easy to chew!

Horrible packaging
The product is just fine. It would have 5 stars but the packaging is terrible. To open this jar up, you have to pull the perforated edge which disconnects the whole label and the jar is not labeled when that is taken off. This is for a school medical closet so labels are important. I had to tape the label back on. Medication should always have a label attached to it

Only take one at a time
Absolutely this item reached my standards. Once you take it, it immediately starts taking care of your sugar and by 15 minutes you know you’ve covered it. I find that I don’t take more than one at a time so that I know where the judgment is you don’t want over sugar.

Glucose Tablets to Refill Containers
The size of these sugar tablets is just under an inch. The diameter is 31/32nd of an inch or .97". See photo in caliper to see how they look. These are about the same size as Mega-SmartiesThis allows these to fit in CVS or similar glucose tablet holders and work as bulk refills.
