Powilling Small Thermo-Electric Dehumidifier, 108 Square Feet Mini Dehumidifier for Small Laundry Room, Bedroom,Kitchen,Closet,Basement, Attic, RVs

I had high hopes for this dehumidifier based on the reviews I had read. I put it in the small 12-foot-by-12-foot office space that I work in and it didn't do a thing. It took about four weeks for the tank to fill up in an environment that's about 80% humidity. I wasn't expecting miracles, however I was expecting it would alleviate some of the moisture in the air. I am returning it as a result. We had purchased a Frigidaire dehumidifier for a large room that worked out great. This little thing is just too small for the task.

I'm in a 26' camper so space is a premium. This mini was a perfect size. I have yet to hear it running, it definitely removes moisture from the air, the light on front changes colors when it is is full which is nice because I don't have to keep checking it. It is easy to remove the water container and put back it as well as easy to drain.

Works great for the size but don't expect to have lots of water. If you live in a zone of 80% humidity then buy 5 of these or a larger one. I live in a area with about 50-75% humidity and the bucket takes a full week to fill. I have a larger dehumidifier(1.5 gallons?) in another room that gets filled about every 16 hours. This performs slightly better as the large room Damp rid(which I also have). If you are looking for this to perform as well as damp rid and don't mind the money then this is perfect. It's great to not have to deal with refills but it does put out slight heat. About as much as a single candle.

While it does remove a tiny amount of water, unfortunately, I found that it was unable to remove enough moisture to make a detectable difference in the measured humidity level, even in a closet-sized space. I'm returning it through Amazon.If one doen't actually measure the humidity level though, it might serve adequately as a placebo device, giving the impression that something is being accomplished..I guess I'll need to stick to the larger and more expensive compressor-style dehumidifiers.

Bought this to use in our upstairs bathroom (medium size) since it does not have a fan. It's super quiet and it pulls *some* water from the air, like a teaspoon (maybe) but not enough to keep the walls from sweating or really do much. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to use it as a fan replacement. Perhaps there are other uses for it, but I can't think of any at the moment. The price wasn't bad and it arrived on time, in perfect condition, it just doesn't do what I need it to do.

Pulled very little moisture out of the air in a small bathroom and not nearly enough to deal effectively with the humidity.. It would take the same amount of time for the small container to fill up with water (about a week) even with very varying amounts of moisture in the air.. Stopped working completely after a few months.

I thought it would work well from the ads, but it doesn't draw out any water from the air in closed spaces like the bedroom closets or linens closets running continuous for 3 days. It works well in the bathroom when your actively taking a shower! Also it seems as if it would have a rechargeable battery but its only runs on a cord and it's on a short lease about 4 feet. I had to use an extension cord since I don't have an outlet in my small closets.

This product is amazing! Very quiet! Placed it in my kids room - filled with in a week which was crazy! It's easy enough for the kids to turn off and dump out which is always a plus. Getting more for other rooms!
