I have been using the HERDIET products for about 2 months now and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!! This is one of their newer products and I already in love with it as well. I started with the level 2 since I have been using these products for a while. I am down 15lbs since end of October and appetite has increased as well as energy level up. I do recommend exercise and portion control as well. This has been included in my lifestyle change and I will continue to use these products.

So far it's okay. It gives a little more noticeable energy. I can't really tell wen it comes to the weight loss as of yet. I do notice that I'm not as I'm hungry as I usually am and I feel a little bit fuller after eating. The samples were also very nice that was sent with it. I truly appreciate it. God bless!

This is a great pill for burning fat and giving you energy throughout the day. I've been taking it ever since I quite the Rx phentermine since you can't take that for very long before your body starts to adapt to it. This has really helped to curb my appetite and keep the pounds off. They also make the pink pill which I like alot too!

This actually works. I've lost 23 lbs using this, Carb & Fat Attack and exercising. I'm a mid-40's woman that has been struggling with weight and my exercise routine has been regular for the last 10 years. I would highly suggest this for someone that is struggling to take off those unwanted pounds.
