I do not usually write reviews, but for this I felt I had to. I have been struggling with histamine, sinus, ear, eye, head pain for months and stumbled on these unsure if they would offer any relief. They have helped me tremendously, unlike so many other things I've tried. I've spent a fortune on supplements lately looking for answers. These offer me predictable, complete pain relief for several hours. I only take one capsule, and it relieves all my head pain. I have been taking them for at least a week now, and I have a very sensitive stomach and so many allergies to things in supplements and foods. I was very sceptical of this product, but I was surprised within minutes of my first dose I felt complete relief, I feel almost normal again! They do wear off after 3 or 4 hours, sometimes they last longer, but I will take that, as I have been taking ZyrtecD for nearly a year with minimal relief, and at a cost of 20.00 or more a month, I was still having pain, I was not sure if it was really worth it, or was I doing more harm with those, due to the side effects andminimal pain relief. These have no ill side effects so far, and like I said, I get complete relief. It clears my sinus pain and pressure, jaw pain from my ears, and severe migraine type headaches, neck pain that seems to be due to inflammation from allergies. This is a seriously debilitating illness, I have been nearly bed bound with this these past few months. This is a year round issue for me that's been going on for several years. It worsens at times and since the New Year I a have been at my worst ever with this. Even though I'm on the most strict diet for this, which is supposed to be temporary due to lack of nutrients. I'm not sure if this will work this way for everyone, or for me forever, but for right now it's been a godsend since trying it! This product we love. We take it everyday and we can tell a difference. Great product.

I take these regularly to keep my immune system strong. I have four kids in public school and they are always bringing home germs, but we take these and keep healthy. They have no flavor and are easy to swallow.
