The Mediterranean flavor has no black pepper in the ingredients. So my digestion can handle these well.Although they are tasty crackers, and I appreciate the fact that they have NO additives of any kind, they were a bit stale tasting upon delivery with an expiration date on 2 boxes of less than one month. I gave them 4 stars because I didn't want to eat them that fast even though they are extremely low in carbs. Also, because the cost is very high savoring them is a must. Lots of pluses and minuses. Everyone has to weight the benefits for themselves.

Great tasting. Like them with soup and for a treat I put almond butter on them. Great paleo cracker.
