Im 11 years old, would this fit in a small?

I can’t find anything on how to wash this. Is it hand wash only?

I machine washed cold, then hung up to dry.

Im worried about hip size. My hips measure to about 48 inches. Will the inside layer fit over my hips?

Yo compre la falda para mi hija de 14 años. Ella es más alta para su edad, 5’7. Y es una talla Xl. A ella la falda le quedo demasiado justa. Sele veía apretada y un poco corta para mi gusto. La devolvimos. Pero si tu hija tiene 12 años y todavía tiene cuerpo de niña o es una talla L de mujer. En mi opinión creo que si le quedaría bien.

Soft and not as poofy as in the pic

SUPER SOFT!!! about as poofy as two layers can be, the underskirt does run smaller so buy one bigger than you think you need. The elastic is a great fit, even if it doesn’t look like it.

Soft, but too small

Sadly I will have to return this. Based on the max waist measurement and customer pictures, I thought it would work, but I'm too full in the hips, I guess. It's a shame. This petticoat/crinoline is soft and fluffy. How full it would be under my dress, I can't tell since I wasn't able to get it on, but I think it would be nice.If anyone has leads on a similar product for the fluffier among us, I'd appreciate it.
