Yes, all of these skateboard come with tools in original package. We have already sent a new tool to the customer who commented that. Sorry for that happening. We will be responsible for any quality issue including missed tool. Just buy it without any worry. You will be surprise with the board performance.

Is this a fast cruising penny board?

Yes, it is. Because they come with a smooth 59mm wheels and precision abec-9 bearings. Most important, they are durable board which have 0.7 inch deck thickness. Better quality than penny board, in my opinion. The package include a skateboard and a skate tool. You can use the skate tool to adjut the wheels nuts, tighter for a slower ride or loose for faster.
