The seal is broken on the bag and the side of bag is damaged a little, does seller accept return nowadays due to covid?

Nope. I received an expired bag of coffee and I couldn't return and no refund. Still would love to hear from them!

Is this suitable for making cold brew?

I would say yes as they are A stronger coffee .The stronger type is best for cold brew .my favorite coffee for cold brew is Starbucks Colombian .You get the roasted notes you want from coffee but less acid.Good luck you need to use more coffee for cold brew than you use for A hot brewed coffee
