Size for 6ft 3 and 225 pounds?

I went with the 3XL because I wanted more room and I'm pretty big through the chest and shoulders. Our height is about the same so you could go with a Large/XL, or if you wanted a little more room then you could go with XL/2XL. I wear a t-shirt under mine from time to time and still have plenty of room. I hope this helps.

I am 6ft 7inches tall. How long is this.?

I’m 5’6” it just came to my feet. The robe was tight & ordered xtra large. Terrible fit the arms weren’t long enough & tight. I sent it back. & I’m a woman. Not big @ all. Got my son one he is 5’9” same thing & he wears a med. we sent both back
