I really like these earbuds! I have had mine now for a year and here are some things that I love and some things that are kind of annoying. 1. They are super comfortable! I have not run with these in my ear, but I have went on bike rides, did yard work and gardening and all types of cleaning in my house and they have not fallen off my ear. the only time that has happened is if I accidently removed my sunglasses to quick and popped them off. I have also worn the earbuds for sometimes 4 hours or more and my ears have not felt pain at all! 2. The sound quality is great! It is clear and gets very loud if you want it to be, I have mowed my yard with them in and could still hear my music over the mower. 3. The battery lasts a while! Again I have had these in my ears for over 4 hours and still have not run out of battery life. also I may charge the case that they come in once a month if that so the charge goes for long periods of time! 4. The buttons on the earbuds! I love that I can turn my music on and off, turn the volume up or down or answer and end a phone call from the earbuds themselves. It has been very helpful when I am bike riding and receive a phone call.Now for the things that are annoying. 1. the earbuds do not work if you are far from your phone. your phone has to be relatively close or you will lose signal, that has not bothered me because my phone is usually on me at all times anyway but if you expect to leave your phone inside the house while you are outside, then there will be a problem with the connection. 2. It can turn on randomly sometimes. you need to keep the case still cause the buds can move inside it and trigger to be connected to your phone randomly.These ear buds are definitely worth it and I would purchase again if they were to go bad at all. I purchased these in January of 2024 and I still absolutely love them! I bought a pair for my adult daughter and she loves them as well. We both have Apple earbuds but find these are much better, more user friendly . They fit comfortably, don’t fall out, last all day and have great sound. We use them to listen to our audible books, while on zoom calls, walking and/or working out. The customer service is awesome and we love the color…purple…our favorite! I can’t say enough about these awesome earbuds, try them, they’re worth every dollar and I’m certain that you’ll feel the same!

Theyre amazing I love them. It looks and works exactly like the photos, cute nude pink case. The case is lightweight, even with both earphones in. The crack/separation between the top and bottom is pretty big, so you can see the light shining through. The case only shows the case battery percentage and when the earbuds are charging. The 4 bars dont actually show the battery of each earbud. It connects easily and theyre comfortable to wear, even with glasses. The sound quality is great as long as you push them in all the way. They disconnect if you dont play any sound for a few minutes, and you have to disconnect and reconnect for sound to go through. Sometimes, they do sort of cut out or glitch out for a few minutes, but pretty rare. They last me the whole night at medium-high volume. The buttons work as they should, though I havent tried answering calls yet. So convenient to have volume buttons and skip/pause/replay buttons on both earbuds !! Love them so much!! Get them !!!!

Let's start with the good: for cheap earbuds, the sound quality is decent. I can keep the volume pretty low on my phone and still hear clearly from them. They were also very easy to pair with my phone & laptop with no hiccups, and responsive to their controls.Now the bad (depending on if you truly care about this minor stuff): they are cheaply made. The case is bulky & made from thin plastic, giving them a very dollar store feel.The piece that fits around your ear is kind of one size fits all, the "adjustability" is limited to bending minimally (I have small ears, so these pieces sit high and away from the top of my ear).Quality control also seemed to skip a step as my earbud locations were swapped (where the right one would normally be, the left one was), making things a little confusing if you aren't paying attention.Conclusion: for the money, the sound quality made them worth buying, but beware if you have smaller ears that these might not work comfortably for you.

I had an issue with my ear buds , they were not charging. I called the support number and they were able to Help me and walked me throught some step. however I was not able to charge them therefore they sent me a brand new pair immediately.

This is honestly the 5/6th set of these headsets I have purchased. Everyone in my family has wanted a pair. They are incredibly comfortable and have insane battery life (5+hrs). They stay on my ears during workouts, even playing basketball.Only issue I have is that I can never figure out how to properly use the invisible buttons for switching songs. But that is an user error and not a design flaw.
