The "sleeve" is a decent size so it will fit those on the larger side just fine when flaccid or semi-flaccid. What sets this particular product apart is the "pouch" for your"boys." Most of the "sleeve" style underwear do not provide any room for your boys- this underwear does and it is remarkably comfortable. I bought several pair and now wear these every day.

Expected usual poor fit and cheap material you get with these sorts of things, but pleasantly surprised. Snug comfy fit at over 7 x 5.5 thick. I wanted to love these but something is not right about the fit. They do provide full coverage in the back. The front is like an elephant trunk. I feel there is good support for the berries but the twig is just hanging out. It is a unique combination of support and free flowing. The one thing that is tough, is pulling out the twig in the restroom. Sometimes the cotton makes it difficult to pull out and then reinsert. Takes a few extra seconds and people with glance at you fiddling around 😆

These feel like your going commando all the time. I tried one pair on and then ordered more! Wish they had more colors. The bottom pouch could be a little larger. Materials are cool and soft.
