This is the only gel that works with my coily curls - great hold but never "crunchy". A little bit goes a long way and it never feels stiff. It smells great and lasts a long time! It's becoming more difficult to find but glad they had it available here.

I like this product, it smells nice and gives my curls really good definition. It also works well with my other hair products. I would recommend.

I like that it's made from great ingredients. I was looking for something that had a humectant (e.g., honey) and a mixture to moisturize my hair. I did initially smell the ginger scent. For me, it was practically gone after 30 minutes. The only way to smell it then was to put the hair right up against my nose, and I could barely smell it. The smell was initially strong in that I think I could smell it about an arm's reach away. I used a lot of the product because I have a lot of hair. I also did not mind the smell, but I'm not ginger adverse.This significantly helped moisturize my hair. It even lasted into the next day, and my hair (like always) had very low porosity.On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being none and 10 being supreme, the hold is about a 5 (moderated by the amount). It works much better than other similar products I've used. I think the only two products to do better are an AXE hair paste (9; leaves hair hard), and a Jamaican Castor Oil Strong Hold Gel by Shea Moisture (variable but usually 6). If you look at those products, the contents practically resist movement inside the container when shaking (lol).Overall, this product is very good. Left my hair feeling soft and shiny, and a hold just good enough to allow touching without moving in a light breeze. I will it buy again.

This gel is definitely not my holy grail. The scent was a little off for me, kinda strong and not in a good way. Texture-wise, it left my curls crunchy and heavy, like they were wearing a weighted blanket they didn’t ask for.I found it a bit drying too, which is a no-go when your curls are already thirsty for moisture. That said, I wouldn’t totally toss it. In a pinch; like if I’m out of my regular go-to—I can make it work by mixing it with a curl cream or a little conditioner to soften the crunch and bring back some hydration.Not a complete fail, but definitely not a repurchase.

I really thought these products wasn't going to work but my curls are great in my hair the moisturized level is good the Effectiveness great the size is great and you get great value for your money trust me the products are great I was kind of scared to start a new product but the products are great so you should try them they not oily and they are not sticky
