Game changer!!!

Second time I purchased this from this buyer. Solid improvement over a standard post. Well-made in fairly priced.

I’m 220 lbs and I’d say it reduces seat shock by 30%. I no longer have to stand when riding over small bumps like cracked asphalt. For the price I think it is worth the money.

Works and appears as advertised

This is a decent suspension seat post. It is enough to absorb sudden impacts and prevents hurting your bottom. Do not expect a cushy ride, this is not designed to be bouncy. It still rides stiff. Build quality and material is good. I was able to adjust the stiffness easily. My one issue with this seat post is that it forces me to ride higher due to the suspension travel and there is not a way to lower it. Due to the size of my bike, my previous setup, i have the seat post at its lowest setting. This is just about right for my riding style. However, with this suspension post with the added suspension travel, it forces my seat to be 3-4 inches higher when installed at the lowest possible position on my bike. My riding position is not the best and my legs are stretched when the pedal is at its lowest. Just keep this in mind.

I recently purchased 6 use bikes over a 7 month span for my entire family. I purchased one of these and added it to the first bike. I was so satisfied that I purchased 4 more of these Zoom seatpost. It really makes your ride more enjoyable, less shock on your spine over the bumps and these are a great price, adjustable, and well constructed. They do exactly what they are supposed to do!

I just bought a second one to use on my road bike. I wasn’t sure how it would work so I first bought just 1 for my Trek step-through. What a back and butt saver it proved to be. The shock absorber takes the bumps leading to less fatigue on the ole body, leading to more time in the saddle. It is adjustable depending what you need to manage the terrain and seat type. The suspension is very controlled, and doesn’t bounce all over the place. It’s quite nice.
