A quality easy to use versatile Brace
This Brace is really well made for the money and it is easy to put on. First things first, use the fitment chart, it works. I am 5'6, 176 lbs. male. My measurement per chart instructions was 16 1/2 inches. I ordered the medium as instructed and it fits perfectly. Next decide where you need the most support, Do you need inner knee or outer knee support, for instance a medial meniscus tear which I have is on the inner side of the knee, as opposed to a lateral injury on the outside of the knee, or maybe you just need center support. The side with the support bars with visible stitch netting goes outside the knee. Now orient the brace so that the shorter two straps are on the side you need the most support. Put the brace over your knee centered on kneecap hole. Run the two short straps around the back of the knee and attach on the other side with Velcro ends so they attach in this shape <. Now bring the larger straps around the back and attach in the same > shape on the injury side. In this manner the larger wider straps provide support to the injured side. You can strap an elephant to the ceiling with the Velcro straps. They are easy to grasp and remove by grabbing the Velcro tabs and pulling up, don't grab at the main strap because that is not the Velcro section and it wont release.

A bit of false advertising but good quality, good for the price and does what's intended
I bought this to replace a meuller knee brace I bought at a sporting goods store that wasn't working for me anymore. I'm only 25 but I've had knee pain and buckling since I got hit by a car in the crosswalk last year after they ran a red and weren't paying attention. I was really worried about wasting my money because I'm kind of having to be frugal right now, so I did do some digging into the claims around this brace before I bought it. I can tell you that the doctor holding the brace in the picture has nothing to do with this product, and the bit about it being 'worn by professional athletes around the world' is false. It was hard because there is literally no trace of this knee brace or the brand that makes it anywhere else online except for this Amazon page. But I can tell you it was designed in Isreal in September of last year and the designer filed for a patent on it in April of this year which is still pending. So it is not designed in America and made in Germany like it says here either. The box says made in China also. But false advertising gimmicks aside, I bought it anyway based on the good reviews. I'm 5'7" and around 155lbs and bought a medium. My measurements are 14" to 16" and it fit perfect. It is a very good quality brace, it seems sturdy and does what it's supposed to do which is make my knee feel more stable and help with the pain. It is a little shorter than the meuller brace, about 2" difference, but it is a better brace than that one. It does leave red marks on the skin, especially where the knee hole is, and made my skin itchy after wearing it for a while. I put on a copper fit sleeve under it which fixed the itching and after wearing it for a while I'll see if it helps the marks too. It is a bit bulky so don't expect it to be invisible under pants like the woman wearing skinny jeans in the product video. But over all, despite some false claims to hype the product, it is good quality and good for the price (it was $19.99 with a $2 coupon making it $17.99 when I bought it, I see it is now $24.99) and it does its job very well. I do recommend. I have noticed after wearing it for a few days I'm having to pull the straps a little tighter than before, maybe my knee was swollen and I didn't realize and this fixed it or maybe it's stretching, I don't know. If it is stretching I will probably update that later. But right now I can tell you it's a good brace and worth it.

Offers moderate stability to knee. The Velcro tabs on the 4 straps wear out quickly.
Easy to apply once the user has noticed the product label on one of the four straps, that being one of the larger straps. Thereafter, one positions that labeled straps in the proper knee orientation. I have a right medial meniscus complex tear. I had a plasma rich protein injection (PRP) about 70 days ago, with reduction of pain ($1000, out of pocket-- insurance does not cover any cost -- but insurance companies once denied men have osteoporosis and denied all drugs like alendronate sodium (Fosamax) thirty years ago when I was diagnosed with osteopenia, and my father was in a wheel chair from spine and femur and humeral fractures from ground level falls. Anyway, this brace allows me to play tennis, cut my grass and stand on ladder rungs, though it does not completely prevent severe to moderate pain if my knee is made unstable by knee twists beyond the limitations of the brace. My main "knock" about the brace is that the 4 Velcro tabs (one on each strap) are puny and last only 3 months (at least for me) with heavy usage. Thus, this is my second brace. If I had a sewing machine, replacing the little Velcro material on each tab would be easy.

Does the job well, comfortably, reasonably- priced
Fit perfectly. Isolated kneecap well + apparently limited lateral meniscus movement very well. Meniscus had suddenly been locking up and was very painful and limited walking. Had to use a cane till brace came. Wore brace most of the time for 48 hours, taking it off at times to rest. No pain walking with it on, nor after 2 days with it off. Recommend this product!!! Measure well: am 5’1” weigh just under 39lbs: I wear a Large. Great value, fit, and relieved pain. The gift of a sleeve is perfect if need to wear it longer than I did: to prevent skin chaffing, especially behind the knee. Thank you!!!

Just a Super, Great Product ….great for my torn meniscus.
I had to pick quickly for a brace as I tore my meniscus in a very arthritic knee…..I needed something fast. I scanned a lot of them, but for some reason opted for this one. GREAt choice…it’s wonderful. Even showed it to my ORTHOPEDIC DR. and he was impressed…copied down the name as he said his patients are always asking for recommendations. It stabilized my knee…is easy to put on and take off …and was exactly what I needed for my problem.

Works very well!
I use this brace when playing pickleball because I have two torn meniscuses in my right knee. This is my second Dr Brace knee brace and I bought it so I can use one while washing the other. The brace works very well and enables me to continue playing pickleball and moving as needed to reach the balls. Because this is a soft brace with support on the sides, it protects my knee while not impeding my movements the way a metal brace would.
