Athlon Optics56mm Riflescope Sun Shade Compatible with Helos BTR Argos BTR

This fits my Athlon 8-34 x 56mm Argos perfectly. The factory flip-up lens covers that came with my Athlon scope slide onto this sunshade with no problem. Very nice.

Reasonable price for an add for an economy scope. Would come with a more expensive one. Very long profile, longer than on some other scopes I own, BUT still does not reduce field of view. Essential if aiming towards the sun early/late in the day.

You must be careful order the correct shade for your scope. As with other brands, this shade is limited to specific scopes. If have any qustions about any Athlon products, their customer service is great.

It says that it will fit the Helos BTR, but it doesn't fit the Helos BTR Gen 2, it is too small. They should note the difference. They don't list one for the Gen 2. How can I get the correct sunshade? There is no info available on Amazon for this issue and others have had the same problem.

I was looking for a sunshade from my CS-2464 56mm and this one fit perfectly.

Disappointed sunshade wasn’t included with scope but at such a good price for a really good optic I’m not mad. Tried to put shade between the main body and outer most trim ring but different threads. As is the white lettering is now in the middle of the big end. Sunshade itself is good quality and very nice.

Good quality. Fit argos btr 8-34 56mm. Too expensive for what it is.
