Just purchased new in-wall cables and wanted to seal up the outlets. These accomplished that goal, but also found that our picture quality was much improved over just using some random cable extender connectors. Please note that some assembly is required and this will require a very small Phillips Screwdriver and a good deal of finger dexterity. The wall plates themselves install just like a Decora outlet.

I install custom hdmi cable from night stand to wall mounted flat screen with theses at each end. Again I’m old school when it comes to wireless vs hardwire. Can connect any component quickly and easily

These wall jacks paired nicely with a 50 ft fiber optic HDMI cable to run the HDMI for the TV around to the back of the conference room

Do not use these for Xbox. I have a series X and this product does not support it. I would expect the same issue with PlayStation as well.I'm sure it's a good product but I do not think I seen a notice not to use these with gaming console.

I had installed a different connector that was HDMI 2.0 and it kept interfering with the TV and the receiver. No issues with this one so far!

I picked these up for my new house as all my TV's are / will be wall mounted. So far I have only used one of these plates but it installed easy and let me use shorter HDMI cables all around as I was able to plug shorter cables into the TV and then into the back of this wall plate. The way it is designed I don't think I will ever have an issue with them and it lets me plug things into the wall mounted TV easily without messing with cables behind my entertainment center. There were no issues with 4K 60hz or 4K 120Hz as mentioned in the title.

This product does not work on an Xbox Series X running at 4K 120Hz HDRThe display will flicker due to these faceplates not being capable of carrying the signal. The support team told me that I can only use one faceplate in this set up (which defeats the entire concept of utilizing wall faceplates). This seller is false advertising that these work with Xbox. My guess is that they are using HDMI 2.0b instead of HDMI 2.1

Cord behind the wall plate is way too long to fit in electrical box

Doesn't work even at 4k at least with a cable as long as the one I have in my walls. (13 feet) had to go for a brush style plate with the cable simply coming out of the wall.

Works up to 1440p.
