Why so much Vitamin K2?

As of Jan 1, 2018 the new recommended daily allowance for Vitamin K set by the FDA increased from 80 mcg to 120 mcg. Our product contains only 110 mcg which is a very reasonable amount.

This vitamin lists 15mg of ingredients total in the "eye health blend" section of the supplement facts. how much of that 15mg is Astaxanthin.

Works in time.

I've been taking this for close to 2 months now. It had no effect on me for several weeks. Now after about 6-7 weeks, I do need to get up less at night. I typically only get up once during the night where, I would get up at least twice before starting with the pills. I don't see any effect during the day, but it has helped some at night.
