Too small for breas

Good quality product, works well, but I don't understand why manufacturers don't make these machines the right size to fit normal slices of bread. It will only take slices from a very small loaf. Annoying, really.

A good little toastie machine, heats up quickly but could do with an on/off switch. Lucky I live in the UK and can switch it off at the socket.

Our current toastie burnt out, so ordered a similar model. This one is great, makes really nice toasties & is easy to clean & look after.

Great little toaster for old school toasted sandwiches.Bit of a ding to clean after a while, toothbrush works well between the plates. Only real gripe is the length of the mains lead being a tad short but maybe that's just me.

I bought this, mainly because it was the cheapest. It does everything I need.It's very simple. No detachable heating plates, just a toaster is all you get.Plug it in and an orange lamp will light. Clip the top shut and wait for it to come up to temperature. When it does, the green light will come on.I'm not a great lover of butter, so I just give the hot plates a wipe over with oil.Then place a slice of bread on the bottom plate, add your filling and top with another slice.Clip the toaster together, and leave it to toast. I reckon somewhere between 4 and 5 minutes will do.Then take out your sandwich. Remember, the plates will be very very hot.Cleaning isn't the easiest, because of the non removable plates, but a quick wipe down with water, is usually all that's needed.The only downside, as seems to be the case for all sandwich toasters, is that they don't take normally sized bread. You can either cut the crusts off or do what I tend to do, and buy a special 'Toastie' loaf.I hope you found this review helpful.

Works as expected for a cheap toastie maker. Difficult to clean, especially because there are exposed screw heads near the hot plate which can easily get bit of bread mashed into them. I’m happy with it though.
