Extremely disapointed

I have received the glasses and I am deeply disappointed with their condition. The arms are so wide that they fall right off my face. They also arrived bent, which is not surprising given that they were not packaged correctly.Furthermore, the glasses case was missing, and frankly, their poor quality makes them look fake. I find it truly disrespectful that you would send a product in this state.
