Does the white stain easily?

I bought a gray one not white so I really don’t know. Haven’t had any issue with staining on mine but again it’s grey.

What is the height of that

The cushion itself is just over an inch in thickness. The rest of the material is another 2 1/2-3 inches

My stool is metal folding stool exactly 12 1/4" diameter, would the 11"-12" size fit good ?

My stool was 12 inches in diameter and it was a perfect fit. I think an inch either way might not effect the look too much. The stools we used which fit perfect were purchased at Walmart for 20-30 a piece. I painted black with satin paint. Awesome look...
