ok
These are a little flimsy but they are plastic and work. just stake them down and they will last for a while. They are advertised as 1x2 but you actually need 2x1 wood so you will need to do a bit of work to get the 1x's to fit properly. Just make sure of your measurements before you cut...

DEFINITE JUNK. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Even after reading the feedback for this product I opted for giving it a go. Well it is junk. First and most important, the openings are for actual 2" x 1" size wood (has to be 2" x 1" measured) and these sockets are not even deep enough to use the wedges included (when you use the 2" x 1" poles sold in the USA which are actually sized at 1.50" x 0.75") The poles will not stand securely. Second, NO ONE sells actual size 2" x 1" planks unless you go to a lumber and have then custom cut and that is pricey. Home depot, Lowes, etc., advertise 2" x 1" but this is not the actual size this is what is called nominal size so keep that in mind. I tried to make it work but it simply does not work, it would if the opening sockets were the right size but they are not. JUNK!

They're fine, but..
I got these for an indoor dry/fire training space. I'd use them outdoors too, though with the supplied tent stakes. The biggest issue with these is that apparently the people in China (or wherever overseas) who made these didn't realize that in the US lumber industry, 1x2 doesn't actually mean 1"x2". But at least they provided shims.

Great quality and easy to assemble.
I was hesitant to buy this because of a couple of the reviews that were complaining about the board size. Sure enough I bought 2 pcs of 1"x2"x8' at Home Depot that was exactly the right size. The wood you need will measure 1" x 2".As others have mentioned wind knocks it down, I have't encountered this yet. The shooting stand is hard plastic base, so it's more solid than I expected with the wood installed. It's got holes for tent stakes if your soil will allow. It comes with 4 tent stakes to hold it down. Sand bags work well too. Very stable!Excellent idea, lightweight and adjustable target stand and take to shooting range easily. Will work with all the target sizes we use. It was worth it for me. Great stand for the money. Highly recommended!!!

Not to bad
Pretty much as advertised. It went together easily. I don't know why that guy had problems stripping things out. He must work on Harleys. It's plastic so it doesn't have to be that tight. I'm going to put hose clamps around the wood holders to avoid breaking in the Wind. It probably doesn't need it though. I will be buying the two pack soon.

Not worth the trouble of assembling...
No standard wood will fit this stand. You will be forced to cut/rip a larger piece to fit. So, unless you are fond of ripping wood with a circular saw, this product is NOT the answer. If it were solid, easier to assemble (screws and lock nuts are small) and standard lumber (nominal vs actual) fit the slots... then 5 stars.Just... no.

Meh
These feel and look cheap. They assemble easy enough but I fear the day someone shoots stupid low and this thing just shatters. The area where you’re supposed to stick the post in does not fit most common wooden post sizes making the stand useless on sight. However when you do get a piece of wood that will fit in there the thing is so shallow and you can’t push it through to the ground. I don’t even know why we still have these. I think we forgot about returning them or something and now we’re just stuck with them.
