Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move Chocolate Tea, 16 Tea Bags (Pack of 6)

I have been using this tea to help with GI issues for years. As a nurse and owner of a wellness consulting practice I often recommend Smooth Move Tea to my clients who have problems with regularity. I have found it is much less expensive to order this product from Amazon, considering it is a part of my daily health regimen. The chocolate flavor is pleasant yet not overpowering, and I prefer it to the original.

I bought this on recommendation and picked chocolate thinking it would be good. I am not extremely picky but I can't stand the taste! Might be just me but now I have boxes of it I can't return.

This tea tastes really good. It do has a chocolate flavor. And it really works. I love this tea however I only gave it 4 star because I do not know whether such product will have side effects. So just use this tea once or twice a month is OK but do not depend on it everyday.

Anyone who has to take medicines that constipate you, this is your saviour...just don't take it within an hour of your meds, cause the senna will make the medicine not digest. I have used this with my doctor's approval for 3 years now and it always works, and the results are gentle and natural. Plus, you can adjust the strength from day to day as needed ....you can tell whether you need to change the strength by your results. It is not a drug, and it allows you to work with your own knowledge of your body because you can make it weaker or stronger as needed.I would not go without it.....

I wasn't as impressed with the Chocolate Smooth Move Tea as much as the regular Smooth Move. Have to admit it tasted good, just didn't work as well. Probably wouldn't buy again.

It worked the first time I took it, about 12 hrs later. One thing you need to keep in mind though is that you can't drink it the night before you have a big meeting tomorrow morning, you will have to go to restroom at least two times in an urgent need.

Peppermint not chocolate. Beware

I have been able to cut down on my over the counter laxative pills since I started using this product. It all depends on what and how much I eat Sometimes I use one tea bag and sometimes two. I have a huge problem with constipation and sometimes I also take a few OTC laxative pills with the tea. I am not recommending this because I probably shouldn't be doing that. My body is extremely stubborn. My best friend uses one bag with no problems. My main message is that this product works and I am happy to at least be able to cut down on the OTC pills.
