She is a beast!
This has changed our cooking forever. I bought one for me daughter in law too! We have a big family and this is a 2 burner joy. Seer the roast, add veggies, into the oven at 400ish for 3 hours or so. Super tender! We have 18 immediate family members and this will hold at 25 lb + roast or turkey. I got the little sister - 6 qt dutch oven in blue for veggies. Food cooks very consistently throughout. Yum! Time to cook!

How to make the cook in your family happy
I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. She is an amazing cook and has other Le Cruset ovens and cookware. This was her "fantasy" oven due to the expense, so she was thrilled to get it as a gift. They have a lifetime warranty.
