This is a great item for the money It constantly monitors the temperature. that temperature. and humidity. The battery lasts a long time. It is getting harder to find this item. I hope that they do not discontinue it. Highly recommend it

Have had this for about a year and still works well. I wish it had a back light that stays on, as you can’t see it from across the room—you have to press the light button to see the display. I have a different brand that I’ve placed next to this one and they’re always about 1-2 degrees different in readings, but close enough to know the temp and humidity.

i bought for humidity mainly, the temp is a bonus. only dislike is the chrome face is metal and if you move the thermometer to another room,garage, etc. it takes forever the temp reading to adjust as it has to wait until the metal face trim warms or cools to the current temp. i wouldve made the bezel out of plastic, but is a very good value for this price.

I keep this on my kitchen window sill to view the outdoor and indoor temperatures. I like the light for easy reading.

Bought 2. One for kitchen other bedroom

I got this mostly to check the humidity in my apartment. I liked the way it looked and the size so I got it. I set it up in the kitchen. So far it is 1 or 2 degrees lower than the living room where the heat source is. I think that is normal. The humidity shows at 60 percent and went higher during a couple of cold days. Now that the heat is on, the humidity percentage is showing only 40 percent. Not sure if the the humidity is showing correct with this device but it's working. The temp is correct as I checked it with another thermometer.It is very easy to read and can be hung on the wall, set on a table or desk, and even has magnet on the back to hang it on the fridge. There is also a light that comes on with the push of a button and stays on maybe 10 seconds. There are settings to use for Celsius or Fahrenheit measuring. One last button allows you to see the highest recordings or lowest. Or push again to show current readings. For the money it's nice, attractive , and runs only on one AAA battery which comes with it. Highly recommended!
