I take 1 pill 30 minutes before my lunch. My lunch is very light. For instance, lunch meat turkey, yogurt, and spinach. I use to eat a rice meat and veggies. That meal was too big for me. If I ate too much, I would get bloated like I ate too much. I do not need to snack, but sometimes I do for fun. Like major junk ( chips chocolate) . I take 1 pill 30 minutes before dinner, and I eat a very normal dinner at Very normal portion sizes. I went from 156 to 147 in 30 days. I am not jittery, hungry, tired, and I’m not just losing water weight.

Well, I have had this (1 month supply) Bottle of Forskolin since June 7, 2019 and started using it about 3 days later.I tried to do the 2 capsules 1/2 hour prior to having breakfast and lunch; however some times I only get to consume 1 capsule a day and some times at lunch and dinner.Today July 14th I have only 18 capsules; yet, I have lost at least 7 Lbs. and the belly is looking better every day. These capsules seem to help, in a major way, the loss of fat on and around the belly. Of course, I am doing my exercises but it always kept me at the same weight; thus I attribute my loss of 7 Lbs. to Forskolin.I Will continue using it. Will see in about 3 months time.Thanks

I have been losing 1-2 pounds a week since starting forskolin and want to see if I can lose more quicker. Overall i like it a lot, it gives me plenty of energy.

I was very disappointed in this product,it did not work ,I wanted my moneyi didn't even want to give this 1star but it forced me to in order to submit my review

Just doesn't seem to work for me.. Not losing weight despite claims that all I had to do was take the product. May work for some....

My first day trying it out so far I like it I mean u can’t tell if it’s worked in the first day but I’m sure I’ll love the product I brought this product based off the reviews and I must say that I was impressed by the reviews so that alone made me purchase the product but by the end of the week I’m sure I’ll love the product so I’m rating I love it because I’m confident that I’m going to fall in love and get the results I’m looking for !

Love this product!! So great to have a product that actually does what it says it will do. Feel better and loosing that belly fat☺️ Totally happy with it.
