Worked great as promised

We needed to add these bars to my vehicle so we could put a storage rack on top for vacation. These made it seamless to use. They were easy to install.

I put these things through some serious abuse. I considered spending the money on the Thul brand because I knew how abusive I was going to be…I had 3 12ft 6x6s with 7 16 ft 6x5/4 deck boards, 2 2x8s up there and the bars were inverted. I knew I was being dumb but knew it was a short distance and they held up like a champ! Now I’m not saying I could have danced around on a railroad crossing however it held easy for 5 miles.I have made multiple trips like this over the last few months! Super happy with the fit of them.

overall I'm happy with the rack. it says it's supports 200 lb however my situation may be special, in that I often load lumber. I had about five boards on the rack in the load was maybe 50 lb or so. The racks definitely bowed a little bit under the weight, however the weight was not distributed across the rack. it was centered. I may have to buy another set to support boards better.

This was a relatively cheap purchase versus some of the better known brands but there was nothing cheap about the roof racks. I was pleasantly surprised at the sturdiness of the racks and the roof brackets. They are powder coated so look like they will withstand the elements, loading and unloading. The racks were easy to put together and attach to the factory installed roof rails. Took me about 30 minutes.I transported a kayak, approximately 60lbs, 9ft in length and the racks accommodated it very easily.What is also great, is there is no noise from the racks (with no load) when driving up to 65mph.Great product at a great price and I highly recommend for the Ford Explorer.

I bought this for a trip where I knew I needed to carry items on the roof of my car. It fit my vehicle well and worked great on my long trip, and had no problems.

The crossbar fit by 2020 Ford Explorer perfectly. Instalation was easy also.

I was buying these crossbars for a 2023 Explorer. When they arrived, I unpacked, and everything looked as expected. Then, I tried to fit one of the crossbar blades into the mounting bracket that connects the blade to the roof rail and noticed a massive gap between the parts. Even though the screws lined up, there would be no way this crossbar would be safe to carry any amount of weight. Maybe they shipped me the wrong parts, but frustrating as I need the crossbars for a trip and won't have time to order from a different vendor.
