Kreg PRS7850 Precision Router Table Stop

If you’re going to charge a premium for these parts you should make sure they’ve gone through all the fabrication processes.

I bought one of these and it worked so well I bought another. Routing the inlay for hinges is the trickiest part of building jewelry boxes for me, so I decided to get these to make the set up easier. I was too lazy to build my own jig, since it would have to be adjustable for differently sized boxes and I am really impatient. Since these stops are made for the Kreg fence they attach fairly quickly and are easy to adjust. They can be flipped out of the until you are ready to use them again. They are expensive for what you get, being a Kreg product, but worth the investment for me.

Well I will say that the product is actually very nice, and I think it will do exactly what it's supposed to do, so I'm looking forward to some blind dados, etc. My knocking of a star is for inconsistent packaging. I ordered two sets, and one set was missing the set screw and clear magnifying (plastic) lens piece. Everything was packaged identically so I think this is just a matter of poor quality control.

Bought these for my Kreg router table and they interfered with the tall knobs for locking the fence in place. Kreg has redesigned the fence lock since I bought my table so I called them to order the new style parts and they sent them to me...for free. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. All of the Kreg products I own are top quality and work perfectly.

Received the stop and went to assemble it and found it was missing the cursor and screw.

I was finding that I needed to add another one of these to my table, one came with the table but am finding it very useful for projects using them on either end, as with every thing Kreg does these are well made.

It was brand new, as described.

Tool is as described but make sure you understand that it works with the Kreg Precision Router Fence only. I like it and I'll make it work. I'm going to the Kreg sight and making a comment or too about "only working" with Kreg equipment. There's no need to be proprietary about these accessories. I'm sure the item will also function well, it does seem sturdy enough.

Nice accessory for the router table. Works great when needed and swing out of the way when not. I bought two for boing boxes.
