I've been taking these for about two weeks now and found they work really well for me. I’m not hungry at all, I can eat as i don’t feel full or sick but I don’t feel hungry either. Very small portions are enough for me. The first day I was still hungry but after maybe 2 days it kicked in and I didn’t feel hungry anymore. Great product

This is good, it definitely suppresses my appetite. However, I’m pretty sure they are making me break out 😬. My skin was clear for about 4 months and then I started taking these and I’ve broken out ever since. Hopefully will stop. If it doesn’t by the end of the month I will definitely stop and see what happens!

Good value for money and curbed gravings.

I have been using for around one month now and 100% notice a difference in my appetite. These have been great for retraining my eating habits. The magnesium in them is helping me sleep deeper too. Please do your research though as I didn't realise magnesium was in them on ordering so have to time them not to clash with other medications. All good and over all if you are responsible and make sure you do your personal health checks these are ideal.
