Hat is very airy and feels like there's not much there. I'd recommend it I got the white oyster and love it kept my head cool.

Fits smaller than expected
I'm a 7 1/4 and it's tight.The rim has a strange hard bill in front (likely for keeping it formed for a sun visor), but it keeps it from being shaped downward to block sun.

Strap broke first time worn
Bought as gift for son in law for upcoming trip. First day out the strap broke. Had to wait for him to return from trip to return, which was yesterday 7/15 and the return window closed 7/8. Waste of money & would not buy expecting durability.
