BOSCH 0280142431 Original Equipment Vapor Canister Purge Valve
I bought this about a month ago and just wanted to have it on hand as I was getting some intake leak codes. In short, I ended up changing it and found my old one to be bad. So far it has been working great in my 2007 vw rabbit. The part is made in the Czech Republic. You can check it with a hand held vacuum pump. I'm uploading the video to the net on how I did this. So far so good and it's very affordable as it seems to be a common part which is nice.

Amazing!
Bought for my 2006 vw beetle as I was having hard time starting after putting in fuel, replaced this and solved that problem and actually made the car much quieter and run better. I bought the car used and replaced this within the first month of owning, only had three months at this point but the best $12 I’ve put into that car. So easy to replace

Good fit for 2013 Volkswagen Passat 2.5L
Had an issue with my vehicle starting when I filled up with gas. Car randomly showed the "no gas cap" error light on the dash and eventually the check engine light came on. After some research it was suggested replacing this part may be the solution. It's inexpensive so I figured why not. As far as I can tell this part is OEM, or at least, comparable. Not sure why Amazon insisted it wasn't the correct part for my 2013 Passat 2.5L SE but it is. Immediately fixed the issue with starting the car after gas fill-ups. Took a few weeks of driving before my check engine light turned off. Overall, very happy

Garage estimate was over $200, fixed it myself for under 20!
Drop - in replacement part, simple, easy fix that took about 5 mins total and saved me a TON of money compared to the garage. Re- scanned the VAGCOM and it was fixed, no longer throwing the code, no more chk engine light, easy - peasy. The hardest part was pinching and sliding back on the hose clamps. (I use a long needle nose - it's branded as a fish hook remover - works for both hose clamps and wiring harnesses in my 2013 Jetta.). This is one of those systems/ sensors that don't really need to exist, but will show up as an issue if it isn't working. Here in PA, this can be an obstacle to passing inspection, and it could have been a $200+ part!

Better than factory part and very easy to install.

Perfect fit for Audi A6
This piece was really easy to install on my 08 Audi A6 quattro. Took me about 10-15 min to install. My check engine light used to come on for code 01110-Evap System very small leak, but has not returned since I replaced this part 6-months ago!

Worked on my 2013 VW JSW 5cyl (Jetta sportwagen/golf sportwagen)
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had to replace this 2x over three years on my 2013 2.5l 5cyl and the cheap price make it feel alot better when the cel (check engine light) goes away

Fits 2008 MKV GTI - Made in Germany
You can't beat 2 day shipping on a high quality Bosch part that is Made in Germany. This is actually my second replacement, and I did not have a CEL warning on my dash, but at twelve bucks, changed it out as preventive maintenance / better performance. Amazon's price was as good as or better than other large auto parts stores, but none of them offered free shipping at this price, and one named "Rock" doesn't offer free shipping at any dollar amount. The above said, the part was a fairly quick replacement. From start to finish, it took about 25 - 30 mins. As an FYI, my car had banjo bolts that I cut off with large end nippers, and then replaced with small diameter muffler/hose clamps (2 of them). Also, if you have a set of hose pliers, it makes removing the two hoses, or holding other hose in place while you twist the hose out, much easier. When reinstalling, I used a thin coat of hand soap to lubricate the insertion of the plastic input and output lines.
