Q: What brand are these? Is there an outer package that keeps them fresh? (it's not clear from the photo where it looks like cardboard around a pile)

I don't know about the brand, but the packaging is a cardboard box with 100 individually wrapped seaweed sheet inside. The plastic wrapper you see in the photos are what's included, and you use the entire set to wrap the rice ball. This also helps keep the rice and moisture away from the seaweed until you're ready to eat it, so the seaweed is not soggy.

Q: DO you have a sertificate to the film?

I am not sure what you mean. The film stays on the outside until you open the tab and pull on the film which slides out but the seaweed wrapper stays wrapped around the rice inside. Once you remove the film, the rice ball looks the same as pictured, and you can bite into it and just get seaweed and rice. The film pulls out completely. It's pretty neat!

sticker fail

The stickers don't hold the wrapper together. I had to resort to masking tape to keep the wrapper closed.But I love the finished onigiri.
