can you use this in 220V?

Mine states on the bottom of the heating element that yes, it can be used for 220 v. Check the small print on the bottom molded into the housing of the heating element

I cannot find the power cable for the cooker. What type of cable is it and where can it be found?

It was a gift to my daughter (who lives far from me). I don't remember if the power cable was attached to the cooker itself but it does come with the cooker. I remember it was rather short and we had to use an extension cord to plug it to the power source. It could be at the bottom of the heat plate. I just don't remember exactly. Hope you'll find it.

What is the model of this cooker, and how many watt?

It says HPS-MC3... the one I got. "Use only 120 Volt AC electrical current" per instruction manual.
