Little Lara is a beautiful life- like newborn baby girl. I cannot get enough of her. Her delicate features are so realistic that you cannot help but kiss her little nose and soft cheeks. I love her blue eyes and her little round chin. Her hair is soft and downy, just like a real newborn. She fits beautifully in Carter's newborn baby clothes and newborn diapers. Her body is soft and cuddly and her limbs move easily and freely. She can cradle in your arms or rest her head softly over your shoulder. Her head turns from side to side and can be posed in many different positions. Her vinyl is so smooth and soft and feels wonderful to the touch. Her complexion is fair, but her forehead and cheeks are highlighted in a soft rose pink. For those of you who are reborn artists or crafty in art, you can add touches of color to her face or gloss over her lips. I added more pink to her cheeks, nose and mouth to help make look more realistic. I added gloss over her lips and in the corner of her eyes to give the appearance of wet lips and a somewhat teary eye, which most babies have. I promise you, this doll will not disappoint. She is a joy for any doll collector. One note of advice: I would recommend this doll for ages 14 and older due to the doll's delicate hair. It cannot be brushed with a regular brush or handled roughly. It should be smoothed gently with the hands or brushed with a soft bristle baby brush. My 6 year old grand daughter loves this rather "homely" baby. Well constructed and really lifelike! We bought the stroller, and car carrier, and walker from this same manufacturer and it is all pretty well constructed.

My daughter, age 12 bought this doll with her Christmas money. It's eveything she hoped for. The body is soft to touch. The hair is soft and looks good. Love the facial features. Shes so excited to have her. She's even bought more clothes and a blanket for her. Newborn clothes fit

Cute doll but the color on the body is deathly pale and the hair could have been applied better.

This doll is made of good quality but I was shocked at how grey the skin tone was. Too be totally honest it looked like a real dead baby. It’s super creepy. I would like to return it but I don’t think I can manage to sneak it away from our two year old.

My granddaughter loves this doll and the doll is nice except for the hair.

This doll's hair is nothing but fuzz. The hair comes out into your hand just by touching it! I cannot believe how awful this doll looks. My 6 year old granddaughter was devastated at the hair. I previously bought a different doll from this company, for my 4 year old granddaughter and the hair is beautiful on that one.
