I rated like it's ok, because I purchased it as a gift for my brother, who came visit on he's vacations, when he used mine (from a popular brand ) he liked it so much. Considering that, I wanted to get one for him to used with his new back pack, so I looked up for something similar, and this one was very convenient for price vs delivery time. I received it as espected, I opend it, and it seems to be ok, It came with all of the parts included, it looks and feels very similar to the one I have. He left happy with it, but I haven't get a feedback from him using it, so still I will like to updated my rate as soon as he uses it and let me know.

Update: I was given a replacement with no charge so I gave back some stars. I had bought a different product in the meantime and have used it instead so I don't have much to say in this product other than I appreciate the customer support.Looked fine when arrived and didn't get to use it until after return window expired due to a cancelled hiking trip. Seemed to hold water fine until I was getting ready for a trip this weekend and filled it up again. No leaks but once I loaded my pack and put it on I instantly felt water down my leg. When I pulled it out I noticed a small hole that would leak when pressure applied but not when just sitting full. Confident I didn't do that as it sat in the box until now. I had opened the box when it arrived to give it a quick glance. Guess I should have given it a thorough inspection.

The cleaning tools are great but the bladder tore at the seam where the neck meets the bag on its second day of use. I was gone at burning man and luckily had a spare. If you buy this don't try and fill it without fully supporting the bladder with the opposite hand if you let go to turn off the flow of water from your jug you risk catastrophic failure.

The tube comes out all the time that is connected to the bladder at the bottom. So youll be hiking along and no water is coming out of the tube. You have to stop, take off your backpack and pull the bladder out and reconnect the tube. Super pain in the butt and it happens over and over again!!!

Ok so I gave it three stars because the cons outweigh the pros. First, the cleaning tools work great especially the hanging drying mechanism and the tube snake.Now for the cons. The first bladder I received had a sizable hole in it and leaked all in my backpack. I tested it before I went camping and it held water while it was on its back. After I put it in my backpack and it tossed and turned, the water started to leak. The seller asked no questions and sent me a replacement after I emailed him about my problem. The second bladder came quickly and holds water well. My only problem with it is that the tube has a nasty taste when air gets in it. Luckily, the tube from my first bladder does not have it. In conclusion, you get what you pay for. The product could work very well and you could have no problems with it, but most likely you will encounter a leaky bladder or a bad tasting tube.

It works very well and holds the water only thing is the hose disconnects with just a tug. Seems the connector isnt tight enough so I have to tree ale out the bladder and connect it back which is very annoying but other than that it's fine. The cleaning out works very well also just the hanger isn't really made for a 3l bag. It does it's purpose but its made for a 2l bag just make sure to open it fully for the 3l bladder

We bought this to replaced e an older nalgene bladder that came with our hydration backpack. So far this is awesome! Love that it comes with the cleaning kit. The wide mouth opening is aweso e for filling it up with ice. Excited to try this in the freezer since it is freezer safe. The tube is very sturdy as is the bite valve. Its easy to use and does not leak. Overall we are super happy with this purchase.

This one is extremely easy to fill , to drink from and fit my day pack perfectly. It is light weight but strong, easy to hold 3 liters water without any problem.With the clean kit, I will evalute it a smart purchasing.
