Looks Superb and Easy to Assemble
I bought this chair because I've been wanting a decent chair with lumbar support for awhile, am into gaming, and am gonna be home for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19. I'm currently a college student and needed something more than my folding vanity chair to do online school work. I was blown away by the quality, honestly. I expected it to be decent considering the other reviews I've watched or read, but it is just as good as other chairs I have seen. It was extremely easy to put together, even for someone who isn't necessarily the strongest and most tool adept person. So far it is very comfortable, however I will say if you are even slightly larger than I am in the rear and thigh area, the bucket seat could get uncomfortable. The seat part of the chair is quite comfortable and larger than I expected from back to front, however most reviews I've seen have been people who are much taller than me (I'm 5'5"ish and about 175lbs). I can actually comfortably sit cross-legged on it. I also enjoy that the backrest is maneuverable, as a lot of chairs are too upright for me or not upright enough.I plan to update this over time as I use it more, but at the present I am extremely pleased with this purchase.Update: I really really love this chair! It’s held up super well over 6 months later and it is still very comfortable to sit in!Update 09/2/21: Still really love it. The back pillow is so flat that I’ve just taken it off and bought a separate one at this point. The only other thing I have about it is the insides of the arms are starting to peel and chunks are missing. Not even where I put my arms either? I never touch this spot, but something to keep in mind if it bothers you!

Easy to assemble, great consumer support
The chair with mesh material is very comfortable and really good for what you pay for. I've had a more expensive gaming chair before, so this is does not have the most robust finish, but it is really good for the price, exceeding expectations. It feels very comfortable and suitable for remote work, sitting long hours. It was very easy to assemble by myself. When I was assembling, I notice that one arm was broken and it wouldn't lift up (parts were broken inside). I contacted them requesting a replacement, and they promptly responded, sending a new arm within a week!Overall great product!

Held up fairly well for two years - Good value for the price
I bought this chair back in September of 2018. It's now September of 2020 and I am looking to replace it, although I have had zero complaints until recently.Assembly was easy enough, the instructions were lackluster, but come on - it's a chair. It's pretty easy to figure out what to put where when assembling.Design: The thing that drew me to this chair was the fact that it was fabric instead of leather mostly, as well as the fact that it was a little more conservatively designed than most racing style gaming chairs. I didn't want a super ostentatious chair, and this one fit the bill nicely. It looks nice without having silly styling elements like 'rims' on the casters.Seat Cushion: The seat cushion was okay from the start, although this is the one place I didn't love the chair from the outset. It just feels like the cushioning foam they used wasn't quite supportive enough, as it seems like I can feel the hard base plate with my rear end when I'm sitting for more than an hour or so. I'm not a particularly big dude (5'8" 170lb) so think this is just a case of poor material here. HOWEVER - after two years of use, the cushion foam is finally starting to collapse. Given the price point of the chair, I'm not that upset about it, but I just figured you should go into this with an accurate expectation of the chair's lifespan.Bolstering / Ergo Cushions: These are great. The side bolsters are nice without being super aggressive, and the lumbar and head cushions are nicely adjustable and comfortable. I do occasionally wish the lumbar pillow was made of cloth instead of PU leather (which isn't leather, it's just vinyl - let's be honest here) as it tends to make me sweat a bit where it is in contact with my back for a long time. This wasn't a huge issue until I started working from home in March and have been in the chair for long periods each day since then.Arm Rests: Garbage. The design is really poor, they use L-shaped brackets which screw up from below into the seat base plate using two screws on each side. As a result, the load applied by resting your arms on the armrests is transferred to the screws in the wrong way - constantly applying and removing tensile load from the fastener - which is not the right way to design a fastened joint. What that all means is that the armrest screws constantly come loose. I have had to tighten them almost every week of ownership, to the point that I bought the right size hex key and 3D printed a holder to keep it under the seat so I could have it at hand whenever they came loose. Also, the armrests themselves have started to delaminate in the past month or so - Right around the same time the cushion started to fail. Conclusion: This really isn't bad at all for the price. I don't regret buying it, although instead of replacing it in kind I am upgrading to a Secret Lab chair (which is around 3x the cost of this, but is a somewhat legit product instead of an imported knockoff). Expect it to last around 2 years before it just starts to fall apart.

Awesome chair, great customer service!!
My son loves his gaming chair. The seat is very well made and looks awesome. Very comfortable and a huge upgrade from his previous chair. Three months into owning the chair the plastic base broke at one of the wheels. Not sure why, maybe because it’s on carpet it added extra pressure when moving or if it had a hairline break in the plastic. Regardless, I contacted customer service and they responded the same day. They offered to send a metal base to fix it. We accepted and it arrived a week later. I replaced it with the new one and he’s back up and running. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. It still surprises me when people stand behind their products and go out of their way to please the customer. Highly recommend if your looking for a gaming chair. There’s a lot of them out there and they are not cheap. but one thing is for sure you won’t be disappointed with the service if something goes wrong with your chair.

Excellent value, great chair for the price!
This was my kids dream come true. The chair is very well made, very stable, and very comfortable. My child was using a wooden kitchen chair as the school / gaming chair and it was uncomfortable. This chair was easy to assemble, less than 15 minutes with the provided allen wrench (kudos on having one size allen only). It is perfect for a child size and I also use it to game with after the kid is in bed for the night. I am going to ask for one for Father's day this year :)Don't let a little slow shipping (I got mine 7 days late, no big deal) deter you from one of the best gaming chair values out there!
