Stick and last really well, comfy.

Bought this to resize my shoes and used it to fix a broken heel. Very good! Sticks very well to the shoe and last quite a while. I wore these often after i put the insert and it's been more than 6 months. The sticker is still on. Feels very comfortable and has reduced my shoe size by at least half a size. Also prevents blisters as a bonus! These look thicker in the picture but they are not thin at all.

Comfortable and easy to apply. Good sizing, I bought the small size for a size 4. Havant worn out yet but comfortable around the house and garden. Pleased with this solution to protect the back of my ankles.

It didn't really work for me, the adhesive wasn't strong enough so one kept getting rolled behind my ankle... Did provide some relief though but I'm just selling the shoes as it didn't fix the comfort issue.

Does the job

So I recently tried out a heel grip cushion for my shoes and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. Poor product, doesn’t stick well to the shoe so then means it moves quite abit making it uncomfortable to have in your shoe. Wouldn’t recommend this product at all.
