Will this work with kasa tp-link light switches/smart plugs? and any smart thermostat? or only sonoff devices?

Outbof the box, no. But, you can flash new roms via Esphome or Tasmota that will allow it to integrate into something like Home Assistant or OpenHab that can integrate with certain TP link devices and smart thermostats. Caveat: you should be comfortable with doing that sort of thing, though. Out of the box, I believe it will only work with other Sonoff devices

How does this work with 120v in North America?

It works fine. I'm in Portland, and it connected with no issues

Can the switches be used to control a virtual switch?

We were unhappy with the product and replaced it with one that was more compatible with Alexa. It now sits on a shelf virtually useless to us. Dissatisfied. Sorry I didn’t see this message sooner.

How many bulbs can be turned on and off individually?

2 bulbs or as I have it 1 light and 1 fan. It can control the equivalent of 2 switches regardless of type but must be wired for the two.
