I got this scooter but was a little hesitant because of the price but after using it for the past few days, it has been so nice to use! I like that there are different speed levels. I do not like how fast some of the scooters that are available for rentals around the city. With this scooter, I can control that setting a little more and its been awesome! Don't get me wrong, there is also the fast speed setting so if I really need to get somewhere, I'm zooming! Overall, I would definitely recommend this scooter for the quality and the deal!

Bad scooter. Bad battery life.I got this G-CYCLE L8 PRO scooter on August 15, now is September 20. This scooter worked only 8 days now is DEAD, I used 6 mins in the morning and 6 mins in the afternoon during those 8 days, it performed okay. I took my vacation, but when I came back from vacation, and tried to use it, it only worked 2 mins, I charged more but still DEAD, when I push the Power button it just doesn’t work. I called Amazon and they said I can not return it because it’s more than 1 Month since I bought it. But I was on Vacation. I paid more than $400 for it,I do not recommend the G CYCLE Scooter, mine only lasted 8 days and now I can not even return it.BAD Scooter!

This scooter was super simple to put together and is great quality. I wanted to use it to get around the city and so far it’s perfect. Lightweight, strong and sturdy, easy to go fast or slow on. My friends love it and are always asking to use it. It also got here SUPER quick.

The scooter was great at first. Fast and was able to go quite far but now after 5 months or so the battery no longer holds a charge and doesn't turn on anymore! Even while plugged in.

Initially I received a scooter that did not work. I returned it and ordered a new one. Now I am updating my review to reflect my experience with a working scooter.After getting the scooter, I charged it up, and tested it out at home. It worked well. It held a charge. Then I took this scooter on vacation and used it to go on flat paved bike paths and paved roads only. It was reliable and worked well. The scooter maxed out at 16mph. This speed is perfect for me, as I like to be cautious. My partner had a different scooter from a more popular brand that could noticeably go faster.Overall I am thrilled with my scooter and it’s performance. It is a good weight that is easy for me to carry when folded up. I plan to commute to my work on this scooter, 1 mile each way, a few days a week.Lastly, customer service was very responsive. They were willing to work with me to get me a working scooter and better experience.

I bought this scooter about 3 months ago, just recently I found out that it has a huge design flaw. The exposed cord, when the scooter is unfolded, can get crimped very easily. The worst part is when the scooter is folded, it isn't flush. There is a small gap where the cord can get into and get crushed. Rendering the scooter completely useless, If you already bought this scooter look out for this. I would recommend looking for another type of electric scooter, if possible.This scooter is very close to the Death Star from Star Wars. It has the smallest window for a design flaw, while everything else is built sturdy.

it has great range and fast charging, very lightweight, however with the solid tires it is very loud and rattles a lot when riding. Great commuter, great mileage, but it is NOT a peaceful ride for cruising and having fun

We purchased this scooter for my 13yr old daughter to ride to/from school roughly 2 miles away. After 2 weeks, I can say the L8 has exceeded our expectations. Good speed, handling, battery life, tackling hills, bright front light - all as good or better than advertised. I especially like how the speed can be controlled at 3 different levels to avoid going too fast until you're used to it. Break lights are also a huge plus.We considered several other scooters and selected the L8 for it's price, specs and honeycomb tires that don't run flat. I can also now say that there service is spectacular! Shortly after we received the scooter, my daughter tipped it over on her very first ride and the back fender broke off (not sure how she did this, but kids ...). I contacted the seller via Amazon to ask about ordering a replacement part. They were extremely responsive and fully addressed the issue, quickly and free of charge.I'm confident our kids will use the L8 for years to come and expect we'll be repeat customers as our younger daughter becomes ready for a scooter for her school commute. Well-built product with solid after-sale service.
