Life Extension Advanced Curcumin Elite Turmeric Extract, Ginger, & Turmerones 30 softgels

Everyone needs to be concerned about the root cause of chronic disease: inflammation. Instead of waiting for it to happen and then take pills to stem the effects ie pain, stop inflammation before it is destructive. That's what this supplement does. I was already including ginger, turmeric and curry in my diet. But I was concerned if I was getting enough absorbed. This gives me peace of mind by being proactive in my health.

I am a fan of cur cumin and I loved getting this supplement with Ginger which is also anti inflammatory. I have been impressed with Life Extension. Their products are reasonably priced.

My dietitian recommended this for me. I also started taking roughly 10 other supplements for arthritis and inflammation at around the same time I started these so I can't say for sure what these are doing. But overall I have started feeling better. My dietitian is very good and I trust her knowledge on this.

I had been taking the other life extensions Bio-Curcumin product that did NOT have the Ginger & Turmerones with good results,so when I saw this one I figured I would really get great results with a more powerful formula. Was I ever wrong! I took the recommended dosage and within 10 minutes enroute to work, I got light headed and had to pull over beside the road wondering if I was going to pass out, my stomach began to churn as in diarrhea. When I felt safe to drive I headed back to the house wondering if I was going to make it before the stomach issues got the best of me, fortunately I did even though my forehead literally had sweat dripping down it. After taking care of business I lay down as I felt very weak, uncertain of what was going on with me, I ended up going to the ER, not associating the pills with what was happening. 4-5 hours after arriving I was discharged with nothing showing up in any of the test results. MY copay ended up costing me about $500.00. I remotely considered that the pills may have had something to do with this fiasco, but thought surely not. A few days later after regaining my strength and somewhat apprensive about taking the pills again I decided to try the pill again, (because I had been using the other ones for over a yr with great results) after all, nothing had concluded that they were the reason for my problem. Within 10 minutes of taking the lower dosage the same symptoms happened on a smaller scale. I figured that there must be something in my DNA that caused the reaction in me. I coached my wife into trying one of these pills and she had the same results on a lesser degree. Something in the formula wasn't right for us and I'm not the kind of person who runs to an ER or Dr. without a very justifiable reason.

I give this only three stars because as important as this supplement is to me, I cannot continue to take them due to the entirely too large soft gel. It is the biggest of all the LE supplements I have purchased. So much so, that it gags me every day when I come to it. It always gets stuck in my throat. So wish they would make it smaller and require two capsules

I keep writing a question and it keeps getting deleted. Are you supposed to take this once a day? if so and I am taking it correctly, I can certainly not tell any difference save your money,

I have been using this product for quite some time and had ran out and was pleased with the price and the quick delivery, very good product.
