I believe they say you will receive two one-yard pieces. I think I got 2 yards X 1 yard. I think they should say 1 yard wide, 2 yards long. It's quality felt, and the color is true.

Would this be ok to use to like a ferrets cage?

Probably but I don’t know how well it washes.

Can this felt be ironed?

I glued it down, so the folds press down. The felt is not creased, just lightly folded. Maybe letting it drape awhile would be better. I'm sure a hot iron will damage it; it's not cotton or wool, it's man made acrylic material.

3 of 4 sides from the fabric are not cut straight and are varying 2-3 cm from over the length of one yard.
