These work where I really didn't expect them to. They are better than the name brand one as it literally makes me sick and nervous feeling. These work to give you a natural feeling more like endurance. I'm 61 and some days I just don't have the energy to do 7 or 8 hours of yardwork. I have 5 lawns to mow every week, and two kids to.take care of 5 dogs and 8 cats. Only 1 me though, so I.lije to take care of myself. This product is pissed at increasing your brain focus which is ultimately dealing with your intelligence and able to concentrate. I took it for about a week or so I did not notice anything at all. Takes awhile to kick in. Just like any other supplement. Feeling better since I started taking them due to the vitamins and I have noticed I am not saying “ah” so much when I am talking. Also seem to be more alert, less wandering mind. And no noticeable side effects noted.
