Update: it's been almost three years now since I bought these, and they are still going strong. I have noticed only a slight reduction in battery life, despite using them daily for at least an hour or two. They haven't been affected by sweat, drops and generally being knocked around in pockets. The sound quality is still strong if a little tinny. I am getting ready to upgrade to a new pair and will likely buy Plantronics again. My only complaint is that this ancient model (which was old when I bought it) doesn't have a good microphone. It will take calls, but the person on the other end of the line is never able to hear me well. All told, this was a great purchase, and I hope Plantronics keeps it up. Buy quality, people! Spend your money once and it only hurts once.I love these headphones! It took my ears about a week of regular use to get used to them, and now there is no discomfort, even after a few hours of continuous use. They are super light and connect well with my Pixel. The controls are easy to learn as well.I use them while running and have had no connection issues. Just keep your phone on the right side of your body. When I have my phone in my left pocket and I turn my head to the right, the connection has occasionally skipped a beat, but it's barely noticeable and that's when running at a fast pace.Battery life is more than enough for me, at least 6-7 hours per charge. I wanted something that will last me through a 4-hour marathon this fall.

These look great, seem built decently enough.However, it seems no actual quality or R&D has gone into the design and actual fitment of the headset.There are no alternate sizes or earpieces, and it very loosely sits on your ears.My left ear fits the earpiece decently enough but the right one does not. Once I start sweating it's even worse.There needs to be a complete redesign of the earpieces as well as the size of the over-the-ear loops.Anytime you need to make an adjustment(which will be often)you have a good chance of hitting the buttons that are ill-placed on the headset.Sound quality is mediocre.Wouldn't recommend, not at this price, and especially not for the new model which is 100+ plus dollars and is nothing but a color scheme change.

I tried regular wired which were obnoxious, bluetooth ones that sit around my neck that rubbed and were uncomfortable, fully wireless which fell out, and bone conduction that was painful to wear and had awful sound quality, until finally getting these.They're super secure and stay in my ears no matter how much shaking I do. they're durable so i'm not worried about breaking them from sweat or anything. the sound quality is really good and so is the battery life. the little rings that help them stay in your ear took me a little while to get used to and were uncomfortable at first but way way more comfortable than the bone conduction ones. the best part is just like the bone conduction earbuds they also have the feature where you can hear everything outside the earbuds almost as if you weren't wearing any at all. Great for safety when bikers fly by on the trail, but i'll be honest a little annoying at the gym with all the machine noise. All in all I've loved these so much I bought a few pairs for friends and family.make sure you get the dedicated app to update the firmware because the new firmware increases the battery life by a good few hours.

I used my first Backbeat FIT just about every day for close to two years, when walking, when exercising, when working. Its battery life was beginning to decline (I was only getting 5 of the 7 rated hours) when it was stolen. I love it because it securely fits on my ears and won't come off when I exercise. The sound quality is excellent and the volume is good. I'm taking off one star because there seems to be a quality control issue. The first one I bought had a problem where the right side speaker was far quieter than the left side. I returned it and the replacement functions perfectly. I see a number of 1 star reviews complaining about the same thing. The good news is that the replacement works perfectly.I like that the battery life is better on the new FIT than on my old one, 8 hours instead of 7. I do seem to get the rated hours of listening time. I use these a lot. I also like that I can update the firmware using my phone and the Backbeat FIT Companion app, and the Plantronics Hub app will tell me how many hours of battery I have left. Why I need two apps for that I don't know, but it's OK.It seems this model -- the red one -- may be made specifically for Amazon, with different packaging. This may account for the price difference. It's noticeably cheaper than most other Backbeat FIT models. It's also available in 1-day shipping, which was nice.My only complaint is the apparent quality control issue. Hopefully that gets worked out.

Plantronics wireless headsets has always provided great quality sound for me especially when it comes to my music playlists.So I recently got this RED/Orange Plantronics wireless headset. The Red finally dropped in price to make it affordable or even worth purchasing.I had bought a Blue one in store a while back. It had one additional bonus, it came with a case and today I still have it and it is still going strong for over 6 years+. So I have something to compare too.I needed another wireless headset for the gym. I never again want to forget my headset for workouts everytime I grab my gymbag. For now, I received the Red version in a brown box packaging with USB cord and instruction booklet. It charged successfully. Afterwards, it took a call successfully. I heard my song play successfully and in the same quality beat that I am accustomed too. Durability: N/A.I hope I will be as happy with my purchase for years to come to change it to 5-star rating.

Decent headphones. Works well with iPhone never drops. But with my windows 10 computer drops out all the time. Maybe it’s a windows issue? If you have trouble with ear buds fitting these will fit well as they wrap around ears to stay on
