The zipper broke on my very first trip with the bag. I wasn’t even at the airport yet I was just getting it packed. All I put in it is a slim laptop, an iPad and my little bag of hand sanitizer and such. I can still use it by taking the other zipper all the way up and around but it makes me wonder when the other zipper will let go.

One thing I have to say about this bag is that I was expecting a bit more storage room... Other than that, this is a very high quality laptop bag that is more than durable, beautifully designed, & well patented to keep your laptop unharmed through carriage.
